Solara Cove will deliver 200 thoughtfully planned residential lots, alongside significant infrastructure upgrades, that build on the strengths of an already thriving community.

What's Happening Now?
Development approval has been granted, and while major construction is anticipated to begin in early 2026, you may notice some preparatory works starting from 7 April 2025, as part of our commitment to responsible site management.
In the coming weeks:
- Environmental management works will begin, aligned with our approved Vegetation Management Plan (VMP), focusing on removing invasive species while protecting important native vegetation. Based on the VMP, these works will take place across at least 2.5 hectares of land.
- A small team of 5-6 workers will be on-site between 7am and 3pm on weekdays. These will be low-impact works with minimal noise and no heavy machinery.
- Site access will be via existing residential roads and walking tracks, keeping disruption to a minimum.
We are committed to managing the site responsibly, delivering these works with care, and minimising any inconvenience to the Wyee Point community.
